BisMillaahir-Rahmaanir-Rahiim

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

    Commentary

It was told in the previous lesson that the hypocrites are impostors. Their ignorance has been increased so much that they imagine that they would deceive also Allah Almighty. Choose not them as your friends in stead of believers, nor keep any other relation with them. Allah Almighty has loosened their cord, so they think that He does not know that, which is in their hearts, otherwise He had punished them immediately. Due to this looseness, they have been deceived, and the way upon which they have been moving, will lead and put them in the lowest depths of the Fire of Hell.

There is only one form of escaping from anguish for the disbelievers that they should give up their false profession, double-entendre-ness, refrain from evil-deeds and repent, amend their character and not for to be seen of people but hold fast to Allah Almighty, and make their religion pure for Him only, and believe that only He is their Defender and Supporter in each type of disaster and trouble. If they will do so then those are with the believers and their end will be with them.

Then it was commanded that shortly Allah Almighty will bestow on the believers an immense reward. They will be given success in the world as well as ease and comfort on the Day of Resurrection. They will get victory upon the disbelievers in the world and their enemies will lean before them, and after death; Allah Almighty will bestow on them His Blessings in the Hereafter, about which He has promised with them according to Holy Qur’aan.

After that it has been described that neither Allah Almighty has any need to punish you, nor He wishes to keep you in trouble and pain unjustly. Actually what do you suffer, is only due to your own wrong manners of deeds. It is necessary for saving yourselves from the torment that you should be grateful to Allah Almighty, consider those favors and comfort from Him, which you enjoy, and prostrate before Him with devotion. Secondly, have full trust in Him. In short; unavoidable conditions for pardon are repent, amend the affairs, holding fast to the Rope of Allah Almighty, making the religion pure for Allah Almighty only, living as thankful to Him and having belief in His Nature, Virtues, Omnipotence and Wisdom.
