Quran Chapter 15  2 to 5 (Pt-14, Stg-3) (L-1654) - درس قرآن

Repentance and remorse -2

Surah ‘Al-Hijr - (The Rocky Tract) - 15

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in God from Satan the outcast.)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful.)

In fact, the purpose is to cause to hear the opponents about that what will happen with them in future. It is commanded: O Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him)! You have conveyed Our Message to them. Now if they do not believe, then you should let them go and do in accordance with their wishes. They will know very soon that how much foolishly and stupidly they misused their sense by rejecting your Sayings. Let them eat and enjoy their lives, so that they continue building their castles in air and diving in the whirlpool of their desires and false hopes. They are unable to understand at this time that this whirlpool will be drowned with them in such a way at last that then, they will never rise. They have been entangled in such error and think that “If this Message was from Allah Almighty then the disbelievers would have been punished immediately. We have been denying It openly, but even then; we suffer no injury”.

Say to them: you should not be fallen into such stupid reflection. We have destroyed many nations before you on the ground of their perverseness and villainy. But We do not seize at once. We give respite to every nation before her destruction. And the time of any nation’s destruction is written and fixed, so that during the respite period, the person who is fortunate; may return to the Straight Path after having belief in the Truth. And the evil is to come upon whom; may deserve full punishment of his wicked deeds. And this rule was not only for those nations which were destroyed, but whichever nation exists in the world, for her, a time of exaltation and wretchedness, life and death has been fixed, from which neither she can go forth and nor retreat.

The entire world has been running according to an established order. Every thing and every occurrence appears at its stipulated time, and when the time of its removal comes, it is removed. This is the condition of ups and downs of the entire nations. They should understand well this rule and consider not (due to giving not the punishment immediately) that; matter of reward and punishment is a mere conjecture and self-fabricated.
