Lesson

Following characteristics of Righteous people have been described in the preceding verses:

a.  Whether it is happiness or sadness, they spend their strength and wealth by every means in the Way of God Almighty. Even they do not stop their hands in the poverty too.

b.  They control their wrath and anger, do not commit unpleasant acts due to overwhelming by anger, and do not say unbefitting sentences from their mouths.

c.   They forgive the mistakes of defaulters. Forgiveness and mercy are their characteristics.

d.  To do good is in their nature. Certainly, Allah Almighty keeps them friends who do good.

e.  If they commit any error unknowingly or do any badness, then they remember Allah Almighty in their hearts, and pray for forgiveness and excuse.

f.    If any sin or tyranny has been committed by them unintentionally or erroneously, they do not repeat it. As soon as they realize and know about it, admit it immediately.

These are such characteristics, due to which, God-fearing, righteousness and abstinence grow. Such people are called abstemious. Allah Almighty has promised to give such people best rewards.

It is being commanded, “Forgiveness is for those people from their Lord, He covers their errors and omissions, overlooks from them and bestows them with His forgiveness and mercy”.

The Gardens are for them in the Hereafter, underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. They will get Paradise and its everlasting blessings. How much great reward is for the righteous people? Would that; the human beings confront Allah Almighty on the Day of Resurrection by making themselves capable for it; in the world.
