BisMIllaahir-Rahmaanir-Rahiim In the name ofAllah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
And the Jews say the Christians follow nothing (true), and the Christians say the Jews follow nothing (true); yet both are readers of the Scripture. Even thus speak those who know not. Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein they differ. Wa  qaalatil-Yahuudu laysatin-Nasaaraa  ‘alaa shay’;  wa qaalatin-Nasaaraa  laysatil-Yahuudu ‘alaa shay-inw, wa hum yatluunal-Kitaab.   Kazaa-lika qaalal-laziina laa ya’-la-muuna misla  qawlihim.   FAllaahu Yahkumu  baynahum Yawmal-Qiyaamati fii-maa kaanuu fiihi yakhtalifuun.
Lesson

And establish worship, and pay the poor-due. And whatever of good ye send before (you) for your souls, ye will find it with Allah. Lo! Allah is Seer of what ye do. Wa  ‘aqiimus-Salaata  wa ‘aatuz-Zakaah.  Wa maa  tuqad-dimuu  li-‘anfusikum-min khay-rin- taji-duuhu  ‘indallaah.  ‘In-nallaaha bimaa ta’-maluuna  Basiir.
Lesson
As we discussed earlier that the main cause of not accepting the religion Islam by the Children of Israel was their envy. They were burning that why the prophet-hood has been bestowed to the Children of Ishmael, snatching from the Children of Israel. They were refusing to admit the Just, only due to the fire of envy and jealousy. They wanted also to include the Muslims with their disbeliever companions after giving up their reli…

Choosing disbelief instead of faith is going astray
Surah ‘Al-Baqarah(The Cow) – Chapter – 2) Stage – 1, Verses –108 & 109 of 286, Section –13 of 40 (Part - 1)

BisMIllaahir-Rahmaanir-Rahiim In the name ofAllah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Or would ye question your Messenger as Moses was questioned aforetime? He who chooseth disbelief instead of faith, verily be hath gone astray from a right path. ‘Am turiiduuna  ‘an- tas-‘aluu  Rasuulakum  kamaa  su- ‘ila  Muusaa  min-  qabl.   Wa  many-‘yatabaddalil-kufra  bil-‘iimaani  faqad zalla sawaaa-‘assabiil.
Lesson We have studied about abrogation of the verses in the last lesson that God Almighty ‘Such of His Revelation as He abrogates or causes to be forgotten, but He brings (in place) one better or the like thereof’. It is proved in the light of events/incidents and history that whenever any Heavenly Scripture was caused to be forgotten or abrogated then one better or the like thereof was revealed in place of it and the Servants of …

Knowest thou not that God is Able to do all things?
Surah ‘Al-Baqarah(The Cow) – Chapter – 2) Stage – 1, Verses –105 to 107 of 286, Section –13 of 40 (Part - 1)

Neither those who disbelieve among the people of the Scripture nor the idolaters love that there should be sent downunto you any good thing from your Lord. And Allah chooseth for His mercy whom He will. And Allah is of Infinite Bounty. Maa  yawaddullaziina kafaruu min- ‘Ahlil-kitaabi  wa lal-Mushrikiina  ‘any-yunazzala  ‘alaykum-min  khayrim-mir-Rabbikum.  Wallaahu yakh-tassu  bi-rahmatihii many-ya-shaaa’.  Wallaahu  Zul-Fazlil-‘aziim.
Lesson
‘Allaziina kafaruu – (those who disbelieve, the Infidels), this word has been derived from kafara. Literal meaning of kafara is ‘to hide’. In the phraseology of Islam, disbeliever of Allah Almighty and His Last Messenger Muhammad (glory, grace, peace and blessings be upon Him) is called Infidel.

BisMIllaahir-Rahmaanir-Rahiim In the name ofAllah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
O ye who believe, say not (unto the Prophet): “Listen to us” but say “Look upon us”, and be ye listeners. And for disbelievers is a painful doom. Yaaa-‘ayyu-hallaziina  ‘aa-manuu  laa taquuluu  raa-‘inaa  wa quulunzurnaa  was-ma-‘uu.  Wa lil-Kaafiriina ‘azaabun  ‘aliim.
Lesson
Raa-‘inaa – (Listen to us, show us favor) ‘Unzurnaa – (Look upon us), this word has the same meanings also, “Listen to us, show us favor”. The Children of Israel used to exist in the Conference of the Messenger of God Almighty Muhammad (glory, grace, peace and blessings be upon Him), and listen to the Advice and preaching. Whenever they could not hear any word and wished to ask again, then they used to say raa-‘ina
